Products & pricing

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for general guidance. We reserve the right to correct errors, update specifications, or discontinue items. Prices and availability may change without prior notice; confirmed order pricing is as agreed at checkout or on your proforma/invoice.

Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders for any reason, including stock limitations or payment issues. Risk of loss for goods passes in accordance with agreed Incoterms or, for domestic sales, upon delivery to the carrier or your premises as stated on the invoice.

Payment

Payment terms (advance, credit, or other) are as agreed in writing for trade customers or as shown at checkout for retail transactions. Late or failed payments may delay shipment or cancel the order.

Warranty & defects

Warranty coverage, if any, is as stated on the product, packaging, or separate warranty document. Claims for manufacturing defects must be reported promptly with proof of purchase. Misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification may void warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
